Out came the sun and dried up all the rain, and the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again!

The Mysterious Visitor!

I don't usually put pictures other than Bijan's on this blog- but this was worthy of sharing.

One day we were all playing in the backyard and I saw something approaching us out of the corner of my eye- I turned and this is what I saw. We think it is some type of pheasant, but we have never seen anything like it- so beautiful. It was not timid of us, although Bijan was a little timid of it, so we couldn't get a picture of him near it. I had hoped it would stay but it was only with us for a couple of days and then he/she moved on...

Bijan loves to play in the laundry basket, which usually means the clean, folded laundry gets thrown about- good incentive to get the laundry put away quickly!

We had a beautiful warm day in January so we headed to this little farm to visit the animals and get dirty. Bijan was fascinated with the climbing goats.

Christmas in January at Gram's House
